Welcome to Focuznow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Focuznow browser extension and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Focuznow is a productivity suite delivered as a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox. It includes tools for site blocking, focus timers, habit tracking, scheduling, statistics, and an AI coach. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Much of Focuznow works without an account. Certain Pro features may require you to register. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Please read this carefully. Nuclear Lockdown intentionally prevents you from accessing the sites or URLs you specify for a duration you choose. Once a lockdown begins, it cannot be canceled, paused, or shortened until the timer expires. This is a deliberate design choice. You are solely responsible for choosing your lockdown targets and durations, and for ensuring you retain access to anything you may need during a lockdown period.
The core suite is offered free of charge. Pro features are available through a paid subscription billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The AI Coach can modify your Focuznow settings on your behalf and provides suggestions for improving your focus. Its output is generated automatically and provided "as is." You remain responsible for reviewing changes it makes and for your own decisions.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Focuznow and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular productivity outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focuznow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
